As part of Graham & Brown’s on-going investment in young talent, world famous design college Central St. Martins (London) agreed to design wallpaper featuring an Eco theme.

Six winning wallpaper designs were selected to be made, Bittern , Bittern Habitat , and Bittern feather , by Jo Angell were based on the dwindling numbers of the Bittern bird due to the disappearance of its natural habitat. Eclectic Birdcage and Urban birdcage by Asma Hussain reflect how birds these days are urbanized.  Andrea Sallee’s Fossil asks us to contemplate on what we’re leaving behind. Jennifer Vargas created a rainforest print, while Amelie Labarthe developed a pattern displaying an imaginary journey where we use milk instead of petrol, called Eco Highway

The collection was the first wallpaper collection to be produced using VOC-free inks (volatile organic compounds), and then printed on FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) managed paper. Afterwards, it is wrapped in compostable packaging.
